Amour Spreads are produced right here near Liberty Park — primarily using Utah’s amazing mountain-grown fruit. We make our preserves with in season, fresh fruit. Made with organic cane sugar and organic lemon juice, each small batch is crafted by hand in traditional copper jam pans.
T.S. Eliot's famous question: '...do I dare to eat a peach?' In the case of our peach jam, the answer is a resounding YES! We start with one of the most flavorful peach varieties, the 'Red Globe' peach, and then, using the least amount of sugar possible, cook them just until they've reached peach jam perfection. Chunks of soft, ripe peach in a spreadable, jam delight -- sublime!
