Amour Spreads are produced right here near Liberty Park — primarily using Utah’s amazing mountain-grown fruit. We make our preserves with in season, fresh fruit. Made with organic cane sugar and organic lemon juice, each small batch is crafted by hand in traditional copper jam pans.
Big, purple-black berries picked at the height of summer. These enormous blackberries turn into one of the most amazing single varietal jams. These blackberries take such a short time to cook that the jam is done and lots of nearly whole berries still remain, bursting with sensational blackberry flavor. This is a spectacular jam.
